I love the staff here. So nice and thoughtful. Beautiful office as well. Only downside is they’re short staffed. And have been since the last time I came in. (MONTHS AGO). Because of this I’m currently still waiting for my appointment an hour after my scheduled time. Worst part is, this is supposed to be an emergency appointment. If you don’t mind waiting I’d 10/10 recommend them.

Upon arrival I was very pleased to see that Celi was the office manager. I have known her previously, as a dental assistant at another office in town. She was amazing then and she is amazing now. The office was clean. The ambience was peaceful. I was treated like a valued patient and this was my first visit! Dr Neeli and her assistant were attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. She has a very warm disposition that immediately put me at ease. She was also very helpful in letting me know what treatment plan would be the most cost effective and cosmetically appealing for me to think about. I had an appt at 1:30pm and I had my exam and consultation, cleaning and xrays in less than an hour. I feel like i have found a Dentist that I can trust and an office that makes me feel comfortable to be in. I have no dental insurance, I pay 100% out-of-pocket so finding quality care at a reasonable price, in this town has become quite challenging for me. I get to see Celi each time I go in now too!! Thank ya'll so much for a great visit to the Dentist!

This was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had getting my teeth cleaned. The receptionist was a rockstar. Very friendly and attentive. However, I waited about 30 minutes before being called back, and then sat in the chair for another 20 minutes waiting for the dentist. Once the cleaning began, it felt extremely rushed. In past cleanings, my teeth have always been thoroughly polished but that wasn’t done during this visit. While I’m happy to hear I don’t have any cavities, the entire cleaning took less than five minutes, which left me questioning how thorough the exam and cleaning actually were. I waited nearly an hour for a procedure that seemed to be over almost immediately. Overall, the experience felt rushed and disappointing.

I can’t say enough about Access Dental. Front the warm welcome coming In the door. To going back and having two teeth extracted. I wonna say it was a great experience. Thanks for being there for me Celi. Couldn’t have don’t it without you. The Dr. was great. 😊
